With its fantastic terrace in the shade of huge, centuries-old plane trees, it is the ideal place for hot summer days. A small playground also makes it perfect for families. In the spring and autumn months we have a large indoor hall (for up to 60 persons) warmed by an old fireplace.

Our chicory salad is cut daily to ensure that it remains as fresh and crisp as possible.

At 150 years old, Grotto Raffael is one of the oldest and most typical grotti in Ticino, and still serves traditional Ticino dishes.
